Nomen Omen, the name is a sign. In a sense, Trebbia 26 speaks for itself since it is named after the address of the Fontana Milano 1915 headquarters and workshop, and features several of the key elements of the unique style of the company. Inspired by the classic satchel, the bag has been redesigned with a contemporary twist and enhanced by the “F” buckle/sculpture closure specifically created for FM1915 by artist Giò Pomodoro.
The rigid, ribbed structure has been treated and dyed by hand and the roomy napa or soft suedecashmere interior is divided by two or three gussets.
In the Medium size, the shoulder strap is rigid and rounded. Its sculptural, arched shape allows the bag to be worn over the shoulder, making this model a timeless classic.
On the Mini size, on the other hand, the handle is gracefully inserted through 2 raw-edged slits on the curve of the flap, and completing this special bag the slim shoulder strap is adjustable and, if desired, detachable via buttons studs.
